When we founded Deli Fressh, our vision was to bring something new to Tiruppur. At the time, families had to travel to other cities to enjoy fresh cream cakes or purchase many imported food products. We wanted to create a place where people could shop, dine and discover quality products, all under one roof.
Today, seeing Deli Fressh grow into seven stores and become a trusted household name is my greatest pride. None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our employees and the unwavering support of our loyal customers.

Philosophy
An Experienced Leadership Team
Behind Deli Fressh is a dedicated team of experienced managers who oversee every aspect of our operations. Many have been with the company for years, growing alongside the business and developing a deep understanding of our values, customers and day-to-day operations.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, our leadership team is responsible for key areas including individual store operations, central purchasing, fresh fruits and vegetables, production, logistics and other core business functions. By combining local accountability with centralised decision-making, we maintain consistent standards, efficient operations and seamless coordination across our entire retail network.
This integrated management structure enables Deli Fressh to operate as one unified organisation, ensuring every store, department and process works together to deliver the quality, freshness and service our customers expect every day.
